Certified Grit to Genius Facilitator™ (Founding Cohort)

Part-time, per-cohort·Canyon Lake / Riverside County, in person
THE WORK You will lead cohorts of twelve adolescents through a six-week identity formation arc. Not tutoring, not therapy, not supervision — you are running a room where young people build a personal code they can actually use under pressure, and then declare it in front of their families.
THE CERTIFICATION Facilitation requires completion of the Certified Grit to Genius Facilitator™ (CGGF™) Tier I program — a structured curriculum plus a supervised practicum. Certification is the credential; the founding cohort of facilitators is being built now.
WHO THIS FITS People with real experience holding adolescents — teachers, coaches, youth pastors, counselors, group leaders. What matters is whether you can keep twelve teenagers honest for ninety minutes and not flinch when one of them tells the truth.
REQUIREMENTS Background screening and Live Scan. Mandated reporter status. Reliable transportation. Availability for a full six-week cohort arc without gaps.
WHAT THIS IS NOT You will not diagnose, treat, or counsel. Facilitators work inside a defined scope with documented referral protocols, and we hold that line hard.

Operations Coordinator

Part-time, path to full-time·Canyon Lake, hybrid
THE WORK Intake, enrollment, scheduling, records, and follow-through across multiple programs and multiple entities. When a chief requests a briefing, a parent pre-registers a teenager, or a counselor issues an authorization, you are the reason nothing falls.
WHO THIS FITS Someone who runs on systems rather than reminders, writes clearly enough to correspond with a police chief and a parent in the same hour, and treats a missed follow-up as a real failure. Prior work in a small organization where nobody hands you a process is worth more than a long resume.
REQUIREMENTS Background screening. Comfort with participant records and the discretion that requires. Fluent with modern tools; strong writing is not optional.

Bookkeeper, Multi-Entity (Fractional)

Contract, part-time·Remote
THE WORK Maintain clean, separate books across a for-profit corporation, an operating LLC, and an affiliated 501(c)(3) with a disclosed licensing relationship between them. Support federal fund accounting readiness.
WHO THIS FITS Nonprofit and federal grant accounting experience is required, not preferred. Familiarity with 2 CFR 200, cost allocation across related entities, and audit-ready documentation.
WHY THIS MATTERS Federal applications are pending with this organization as prime applicant. Clean separation is not bookkeeping hygiene; it is the condition of the relationship.
