EQGenix Inc. ("EQGenix," "we," "us") is an emotional and cognitive wealth advisory firm located at 260 Newport Center Drive, Suite 100, Newport Beach, CA 92660. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information across our website, programs, and advisory services — including Grit to Genius™, Sovereign Shield™, Sovereign Station™, Mission-Ready Civilian™, and Sacred Deposits™.
We collect information you provide directly: name, contact details, organization, and the contents of inquiries you submit through our forms. Program participants may additionally provide enrollment information, assessment responses, journal entries, and written plans as part of their coursework. We also collect limited technical information (browser type, pages visited, referring page) to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
Journal entries, self-assessments, and written plans created inside our programs are visible to the participant and the instructor of record only. They are never scored on content, never reported, and never surfaced to an employer, department, or agency in any individual form.
Organizations that sponsor programs receive aggregate, de-identified reporting only: completion rates and aggregate pre/post differentials.
We use personal information to deliver and administer programs, respond to inquiries, issue certificates of completion, produce aggregate program reporting, meet legal and contractual obligations, and improve our curriculum and services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our learning platform and payment processors), under contracts that limit their use of it; with a sponsoring organization, in aggregate and de-identified form only; and where required by law. If EQGenix is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer subject to this policy's protections.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver programs, meet legal and contractual obligations, and maintain records of completion. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Youth programs such as Grit to Genius enroll minors only through a parent or guardian, and we collect a minor's information only with verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children otherwise.
