SOVEREIGN WORKER™ · EVIDENCE

Defensibility,
Before Testimony.

A procurement office does not need enthusiasm; it needs to know whether the claims hold. What is measured, how it is governed, and what has — and has not — been validated, stated so the diligence file writes itself.

THE DILIGENCE FILE
01WHAT IS MEASURED
02WHAT IS NOT CLAIMED
03HOW IT IS GOVERNED
04WHAT IT IS BUILT ON
Four questions, answered on the record below.
THE FOUR QUESTIONS DILIGENCE ASKS

Every Answer, On the Record.

01WHAT IS MEASURED?

Capacity across the five pillars of the Emotional Portfolio™, at entry and exit of every engagement. Measurements of capacity — not diagnoses, not clinical instruments, not evaluations of any condition. Full constructs on The Five.

02WHAT IS NOT CLAIMED?

No numeric cutoff is published as a decision boundary — none has completed psychometric validation. No instrument assigns a classification or deficit label to an individual. A number without provenance does not appear on this page.

03HOW IS IT GOVERNED?

Five non-waivable rules, published identically on the Assessment Use Policy and in the master services agreement: no individual profile reaches an employer, no score informs a personnel decision, aggregate-only reporting with a stated minimum cell size.

04WHAT IS IT BUILT ON?

The five-pillar construct spine, documented in the EQGenix working-paper series with live citations and a four-class evidence taxonomy — read the papers. Entry-to-exit measurement is documented in the methodology.

THE PROVENANCE RULE

Every number that publishes here carries its source, publisher, year, and retrieval date — and is re-verified before each external use.

Validated outcome data publishes as engagements complete. Until then, this page holds the architecture — not placeholders.

THE STANDING INVITATION

Hand this page to your counsel
and your procurement office.
It was written for them.

If a claim on this page doesn't survive their review, we want to know as much as you do.
