SOVEREIGN WORKFORCE™ · TIER 3

Cohort Deployment,
Engineered by Constraint.

Facilitated cohorts that carry the Sovereign Worker™ standard into an organization — tiered by role, scoped by the audit, and sized by design rules we publish rather than negotiate.

COHORT DESIGN CONSTRAINTS

Twelve to Twenty-Four Seats.
Not a Sales Limit — a Design Rule.

12
MINIMUM SEATS

Below twelve, aggregate reporting cannot hold its minimum cell size and individual confidentiality weakens. The floor protects the participant, not the margin.

24
MAXIMUM SEATS

Above twenty-four, facilitated discussion degrades into presentation. Formation requires the room to work, and the room has a size.

12
EXECUTIVE CAP

Executive-tier cohorts cap at twelve. Seniority raises the stakes of candor, so the room gets smaller as the titles get larger.

Contract floor: every cohort contract carries a floor equal to sixteen seats, regardless of enrolled headcount — the economics of a facilitated room don't shrink with attendance. Contract term is not yet sealed and no duration is stated or implied on this page.
