Sovereign Workforce™ is the enterprise deployment of the Sovereign Worker™ standard: an audit that maps your organization's capacity position, a cohort engagement that builds it, and a designation that certifies it — measured at entry and exit, reported in aggregate only.
Fixed fee set by participant count against a standard rate card, report in 21 calendar days: an aggregate pillar deficit map with a cost-exposure estimate. The fee credits fully against a deployment contracted within ninety days.
THE AUDIT →Facilitated cohorts of twelve to twenty-four seats, tiered for individual contributors, supervisors, and executives, scoped by the audit findings — with entry and exit measurement on every seat.
THE DEPLOYMENT →Sovereign Worker Standard™ — the public designation for employers that hold the standard across their workforce, maintained on a published registry. Specifications publish ahead of the first designation cycle.
IN PREPARATIONAn executive-team intensive — the BUILT Protocol™ — is available inside a deployment as a leadership-tier sequence. Facilitator certification for internal L&D teams is specified at contract.
No individual profile is released to the employer. No capacity score informs any personnel, disciplinary, or fitness-for-duty decision. Reporting is aggregate only, above a stated minimum cell size, and each participant owns their record — The Holdings™, the adult lifetime capacity record: participant-owned, portable across employers, deletable on request. These protections are published in the Assessment Use Policy and written identically into the master services agreement — a protection your counsel can rely on, not a courtesy.
